About The Show
We want every National Police Collectors Show to be the premier annual law enforcement collecting event, no matter where it is held.
Every year since 1985, except 2005, collectors of patches, badges, or any police memorabilia, have gathered in one location, somewhere in America. The purpose of the gathering for many is to buy, sell, and trade insignia. For others, it is to show off their collection in friendly competition with the hope of winning that “Best of Show” award. However, the national show has become more than a show. It has become a social gathering where we see old friends and make new ones. It’s a place we can make both personal and professional connections. A place where we can gather and have fun.
The National Police Collector’s Show has grown and evolved. We have opened our hobby and hearts to those who collect memorabilia from the thousands of fire departments across the globe. What used to be a mainly patch-collecting hobby has grown into badge collecting and the more recent phenomenon of collecting challenge coins. Some collections, such as vintage restraint devices or cabinet card photos, are highly specialized. All who love public safety memorabilia are welcome. Damir Krdzalic and Peter Harris host the 2024 National Police Collector’s Show. Jake Bushey and Darrin Nozaki are named as Associate Hosts. It will be held in Davenport, Iowa, on July 12, 13, and 14th.
